In a disclosure to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), ICRA Limited informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, ICRA Analytics Limited, has appointed Mr. Mruthyunjayappa as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 18, 2025.
ICRA Analytics Approves Leadership Transition
The Board of Directors of the company, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICRA Limited, at its meeting held on December 17, approved the appointment of Mr. Mruthyunjayappa as President & CEO–Designate, effective December 18, 2025. He will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the company from February 1, 2026.
In addition to his responsibilities at the company, Mr. Mruthyunjayappa will also oversee the businesses of D2K Technologies India Private Limited and Fintellix India Private Limited.
The Board further noted that Mr. Jayanta Chatterjee will complete his tenure as Managing Director & CEO of the company on January 31, 2026, and will be relieved from his services and the position thereafter.
