Xero, the global small business platform, today announced the appointment of Angad Soin as Xero’s Managing Director, Australia & New Zealand, effective immediately.
Reporting to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Ashley Hansen Grech, Angad is responsible for the region’s strategy, revenue, partner and customer engagement. Serving in a dual role, Angad retains his position as Global Chief Strategy Officer on Xero’s Executive Leadership Team.
Australia and New Zealand is Xero’s largest market and a core part of its Win the 3×3 strategic priority.

Angad’s appointment adds to the existing ANZ leadership team with Bridget Snelling, Country Manager NZ and Theo Konstantas, Sales Director Australia, who continue in their respective roles reporting to Angad.
Angad joined the platform in 2021 as an Executive General Manager in the company’s strategy team. He was promoted to Global Chief Strategy Officer in February 2023, responsible for leading the company’s global strategy and driving operational excellence. Prior to that, Angad was at Deloitte for 13 years in various roles including working with global clients to help them develop their strategies including pricing, transformation and go-to-market.
