The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday said nine non-banking finance companies, including Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd., have returned their Certificates of Registration.

Three more Non banking fiancial company’s—Allegro Holdings, Temple Trees Impex and Investment, Hem Financial Services – have given up their CoRs as they met the criteria of unregistered Core Investment Companies (CIC) not required to be registered.
