Five NBFCs have relinquished their Certificate of Registration to the RBI
Growing Opportunity Finance (India) Private Limited,Invel Commercial Pvt. Ltd.,Mohan Finance Ltd,Saraswati Properties Limited and Quicker Marketing Pvt Ltd have surrendered their certificates of registration to the Reserve Bank of India.
Subsequently, the central bank revoked their Certificate of Registration (CoR) due to their cessation as a legal entity resulting from amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
