Following the announcement of its monetary policy in line with expectations, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) kept the key policy repo rate unchanged at 6.5%, leading to domestic equity indices ending flat on Friday. The central bank also maintained its policy stance as ‘withdrawal of accommodation’.
